Day 1 - Classic Training
Classic Eyelash Extension Training & Certification
The industry-leading Pearl Lash® Classic Eyelash Extension Training course is designed for beginners. It is recommended for students with little or no prior eyelash extension experience. All classes are instructor-led. We welcome students from all 50 US states and all over the world!
Theory + Practical Classic Training:
Spend your first full day with your Master Trainer in our Cape Coral classroom. The first-day Classic training session will take approximately 9 hours and include full theory as well as a live hands-on model practice.

Day 2 - Volume Training
Volume & Hybrid Eyelash Extension Training & Certification
Our industry-leading Pearl Lash® Volume Eyelash Extension Training is an advanced class designed for students with previous Classic eyelash application training or experience.
Theory + Practical Volume Training:
Spend your second full day with your Master Trainer in our Cape Coral classroom. The second-day Volume and Hybrid training session will take approximately 9 hours and include full theory as well as a live hands-on model practice.
Pearl Lash Online Volume Training Curriculum:
- Latest Volume eyelash shaping and styling information
- Volume eyelash extension application theory & techniques including 2D through 5D and Hybrid set application.
- Perfecting the transitional hybrid application style
- Learning to create a perfect Volume fan
- Proper weight formulas and calculations for various eye types
- Detailed Volume product information including advanced Volume adhesive selection and proper selection of lighter and thinner Volume lash extensions
- Much more valuable theory, fundamentals, and industry tips & tricks!
- Homework assignment - focusing on specific areas during at-home practice will help accelerate the learning curve to quickly prepare a student for live clients

At-Home Practice
At-home self-practice (Optional)
You have now completed your Classic and Volume theory and practical classroom training. Your Classic and Volume Certificates have been issued.
At this time, homework assignments have been given to each student. This optional homework will guide each student with step-by-step instructions and provide a clear understanding of key points to focus on during at-home practice. Homework provides an opportunity to continue practicing at home, at your own pace.
You will now have access to an online video portal that will include videos presented to you during your classroom training plus more. Please refer to the videos and your training manual for guidance. You will have a direct line of communication with your Master Trainer to send photos and questions as you practice.
As you continue to build up your confidence during at-home practice, remember, the support from your Master Trainer is unlimited, we are here for you for as long as needed.
In addition to our lifetime support and commitment to your success, please remember that your refreshers are always complimentary! You can re-attend your classroom Classic, Volume, or both classes free of charge, as many times as needed!
