Day 1 - Classic
Pearl Lash Classic Eyelash Extension Training© has been designed by our industry-renowned Master Trainer from the ground up. This course contains priceless information accumulated from decades of practical experience throughout the world. Our professional approach to eyelash extension education goes way beyond simple application.
The focus of this introductory course is to create a Professional Eyelash Extension Artist by building a correct foundation. We incorporate a medical-grade client consultation, client's medical condition analysis, eye anatomy, allergic reactions, troubleshooting, and much more.
This introductory class is designed for beginners and is recommended to students with little or no prior eyelash extension experience. The key objective of the true natural Classic eyelash extension set is an application of a single eyelash extension to every single natural lash on the client's eye. Each student will be provided with an industry-exclusive Pearl Lash detailed professional training manual filled with valuable practical information for every future lash artist.
This Classic Eyelash Extension Training course will also include a 4-hour live hands-on model training under the supervision of our Master Trainer. Our students are encouraged to bring their own models for the hands-on portion of the class. For traveling students or students who cannot provide their own model, our team does have the ability to utilize the Pearl Lash volunteer model list at no additional charge to the student. Upon completion, our students are equipped with enough expertise to confidently begin their new careers, start their own business, and earn an above-average income.

Day 2 - Hybrid & Volume
Pearl Lash Volume Training© – An advanced course designed for students with practical Classic experience. A firm fundamental knowledge of the Classic eyelash extension application is strongly suggested before enrolling in this class. The key objective of the Volume set is the application of multiple eyelash extensions to a single natural lash on the client’s eye. This private Volume Training includes our industry-leading Volume Eyelash Extension Training Manual, all classroom supplies, and a take-home Lash Artist Volume Starter Kit.
The focus of this advanced course is building upon students' Classic experience and continuing to instill our world-renowned expertise. To be a true Pearl Lash Professional Volume Eyelash Extension Artist is to incorporate many important aspects into their service, some examples are; full medical-grade consultation, medical condition analysis, understanding eye anatomy, understanding allergic reactions, troubleshooting, and much more.
This course will include a 5-hour theory session where students will be introduced to various Volume Eyelash Extension styles as well as fan-making, weight formulas, proper dimensions, curl layering, hybrid blends, and much more. The theory session will be followed by a 4-hour live hands-on model training under the supervision of our Master Trainer where the students will get to put their brand new knowledge to the test on a live person.
Our goal is to build upon the Classic knowledge our students already have and create a professional Volume Lash Artist, ready to earn top dollar for their services. We are not in business to just hand out Certificates, your future growth and prosperity is our reputation.
